Mozzarella Dip Recipe
* 2 cups mayonnaise
* 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
* 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* Dash each garlic salt and seasoned salt
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese,
Parmesan cheese, onion, sugar, garlic salt, seasoned salt, and
oregano in a bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
4. Serve mozzarella dip with chips, crackers, or raw
vegetables.
Makes: 3 1/2 cups
