Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps Recipe
* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
* 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon, set
aside.
2. Brush tortillas with melted butter.
3. Cut each into 8 wedges.
4. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
5. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon mixture over.
6. Bake in preheated 400ºF oven for 4-6 minutes.
7. Can be made ahead and keep in air tight container.
