Butter Crunch Recipe
* 5 tablespoons butter
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 6 cups your favorite Chex cereal
* 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large skillet over low heat.
2. Stir in salt.
3. Add cereal.
4. Stir until all pieces are covered.
5. Continue to heat and stir for 5-6 minutes or until
cereal is lightly toasted.
6. Sprinkle with cheese; stir to coat all pieces.
7. Spread on paper towels to cool.
